Matt is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry. Matt provides business advisory, accounting & tax services and specialises in the sports & entertainment industries. Born and raised in Central Queensland, Matt values building strong & meaningful relationships with clients.

For over 15 years, Shane’s holistic approach has enabled him to identify financial strategies that achieve his clients’ personal goals. Shane has a wide client base including small business owners, families, and some of Australia’s high profile athletes.

Kent is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has been in the accounting industry for over 20 years. Throughout that time Kent has worked in both public practice and commercial roles. His experience enables specialised advice in the areas of business services, taxation and superannuation. Kent’s main focus is on small to medium businesses, assisting them in growing their business, providing continued support and accountability with his regular client contact.
Michael Murray

Director (Accounting)
Michael started at Xen Wealth as a Junior Accountant before quickly working his way up to Director commencing in July 2023. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting. Michael focuses on business advisory & tax compliance services for small & medium enterprises with a particular aptitude for complicated transactions.
